Sub: Application in response to study permit refused on 27/02/2022 (S304625585)

Dear Sir/Madam,

I express my kindest thanks to you for allowing me to reinstate my purpose of visit to Canada. I am a passionate student who wants to carve his niche around computers and IT programming. Being a problem-solver, I have always found myself inclined toward solving tech riddles and it gave me utmost satisfaction and a feeling of belongingness. Hence, I am determined to pursue higher studies in the same field. I have also received admission to study Diploma in Computer Programming from Seneca College for January 2023 intake Unfortunately, my last visa application remained unapproved due to the following reason:

  • I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay, as stipulated in subsection 216(1) of the IRPR, based on your history of having contravened the conditions of admission on a previous stay in Canada.

Therefore, I utilize this application as a medium to provide a valid justification in favor of my candidacy as a temporary student entrant to Canada.

Purpose of Visit

I am solely intending to visit Canada to pursue higher education in Computer Programing. As I am naturally fascinated by computers and reasoning algorithms that quench my thirst for learning, I am dedicated to carving a nice for myself as I step outside the college. My admission to Seneca College is a great motivation for me to stick to my educational goals and maximize my international exposure by studying abroad. I am thus eager to begin my studies and derive the best out of the Canadian education system that is highly acclaimed globally. My training in Computer Programing will broaden newer career pathways for me in my home country. Therefore, I wish to take full advantage of this opportunity to study in Canada throughout my stay.

Why Canada?

Canada is by far the most compatible study destination for me to pursue higher studies based on my financial, social, and physical conditions. It is the most affordable study hub which is also advanced and liberating considering the education system and pedagogical approach. Compared to other English-speaking countries like the USA, UK, or Australia, I found Canada to be fitting upright to my budgeting math. Also, I will have enjoyed rights as great as its citizens which talks about the country’s esteemed policies for international student immigrants. Also, Canada ranks seventh in the global peace index which assures me of a comfortable stay throughout my study tenure. Moreover, Canada has been recognized as the second-best country for international students to reap the benefits of quality of life. It certainly convinces me to pursue higher studies from such a place of higher values and morals where students are the center of the education system.

Why not India: By studying in Canada, I will reserve better career opportunities back home due to the globally accredited qualifications and international exposure. However, studying indigenously will generalize my studies due to following a theoretically inclined educational structure. Canada on the other hand involves a high-ended practical implementation of conceptual learning in its modest delivery methods. In my country, I cannot find a course with as much extensiveness as available with Seneca College. However, even if there are certain curriculum offerings available indigenously, those require students to meet the cut-off requirement which soars higher due to a large population count. Therefore, I have directed my educational goals toward the Canadian education system rather than studying in India.

Why Computer Programming at Seneca College?

While browsing through various curriculums in different colleges in Canada, I could finalize the one available at Seneca College. Also matching my study requirements with the course offerings made me more interested in further speculating about the college and its atmosphere. Upon researching further, I came to the realization that Seneca College is where I want to pursue higher studies due to its unparalleled track record of producing IT professionals with an overall success rate. I have also learned from its alumni that it is one of the most unbiased institutes that brings students from different communities together to find a solution to a common problem that initiates friendliness. As a result, I am sure to build great connections for a lifetime by studying ta Seneca College which builds a career and nurtures relations. Moreover, a small class-size ratio is what I desperately want to experience as I have never been to a small-sized class earlier. Dedicated faculty attention will be a rewarding experience for me. It certainly convinces me to choose Seneca College over and again, however, the inclusion of topics remains my top priority. Of all the subjects that I will study, Introduction to Object-Oriented Programming, Web Programming principles, Advanced Database Services, and Object-Oriented Software Development Using C++ interests me the most. This will outgrow me as a core IT professional and I would be prepared to integrate my learnings into an organized IT setup to further allow my career to take an impressive shape. I am, thus eager to begin my studies at Seneca College.

India has the largest IT talent pool. I certainly want to add to it with my exclusive international exposure and an advanced qualification from Canada. Today, compute programming serves as the backbone of any industry, be it finance, retail, commerce, or SMEs. Everywhere businesses remain dependent on IT professionals. India being a rapidly evolving economy would require robust professionals and the job market will be ever blooming. Hence, after completing my course in Canada, I wish to return to my country and associate myself with IT giants such as Infosys, Wipro, HCl Technologies, Hexaware Technologies, L&T, etc. By working with top-notch IT firms, I will elevate my professional expertise and reserve a better chance to fulfill my long-term career goal which is to establish an independent IT consulting firm. Through my gained knowledge and enhanced expertise, I would seek profitable business expansion catering to a global market as India will continue to remain the most affordable destination for IT outsourcing in the modern business world.
